ClientDeltaBuild0.package in City Living Corrupt

(Let's see if we can post it this time...) 

(Yes, I've followed the instructions correctly, I have the Sims 4 on my laptop, but it's a POS) 

I've never had this problem before. 

Upon starting, Sims4 couldn't because the file ClientDeltaBuild0.package was missing or corrupt (I believe, I don't have the screenshot anymore)

So I removed City Living (the pack that the file is found) entirely and redownloaded it. When trying to extract the .zip, I got the following error: "WinZip was able to extract only part of the file F:\Sims 4 Beta\The Sims 4 - City Living\Data\Client\ClientDeltaBuild0.package because it contains invalid or missing data."

Has anyone encountered this, or, hopefully, have a fix?

Welcome to the Forum @SilithDark,

We generally recommend using WinRAR for extraction of G4TW downloads. If that does not yield any success, try re-downloading with a different .torrent-client program. Good luck!

So I got WinRAR, on extracting I'm getting a whole **** load of checksum errors. Not like, every file, but a good dozen. It's saying the files are corrupt. I'll copy-paste the diagnostic messages or grab a screenshot to paste below.

Alright, well, scratch that. Did Scorched Earth on the City Living pack and removed it entirely from my computer, then regrabbed the torrent. And it unzipped fine. That was... a weird issue.

Whelp. Nevermind. 

It seemed to unzip fine. Then I went to run the game (after recopying over everything again, and got the same fragging error.

When you've only updated till City Living, you can find a copy of SP07 HERE

But maybe you'd better re-download City Living again.

@SilithDark, the thing is, I am thinking that maybe your other DLCs and/or the basegame may have gotten "borked up". I assume you used WinZip as well, on the basegame and the earlier DLC?

Even if you felt it may have not hurt you, but we still recommend using only WinRAR.

At that point, if all else fails, you might have to reconsider re-downloading from the base game onwards, to City Living. There are also all-in-one installers up to and including City Living, if you find it easier to deal with that. Not on G4TW, but look around a bit on ThePiratebay; I'm sure you will find something.

Okay, so I got the game to start, had to grab... the file from another pack (I can't remember which one, but I went through them and found that my original assumptions were wrong.) 

Now, though, I'll be opening another thread possibly soon unless I can figure why none of the Cats and Dogs stuff is showing up...

Cats & Dogs ? - I was under the impression that you stopped at City Living.
Did you install Vampires/Toddlers, parenthood, Fitness and Toddler Stuff in that order as well ?
