I can't put my downloaded map to my game.

HI ! I am new here in this blog, and if I broke any rule forgive me, but I've been reading posts here but I cannot find a solution to my problem.

So,here it is now, I just downloaded a lot from TSR and it's a residential lot. I love it so much that's why i downloaded it and followed the instructions on how to install it. But then when i opened and edit my maps. I found my downloaded lot but i cannot put it on the map. Why.

you must download the new game packs and updates first

I already have my game packs except to that new my pets first stuffs .. I must download that too ?

Hello and welcome to the Forum @thegirlofurdreams!

The explanation in these cases is always the same. Namely, that the person who created/uploaded the lot, played an Origin-Sims 4 game that was on a higher patch version, than your current (!) cracked Sims 4 game.

If you are only missing the "My First Pet Stuff" DLC, then yes: you have to download that one as well, to bring the cracked Sims 4 up to the same patch level as the Origin-versions.
