cant connect

pretty simple i cant connect to gallery so i cant get any pre built lots and stuff

not sure how to fix it

instead of my user name it say RDL or something like that

You can only contact the Galery with a genuine, bought, version of The Sims 4 (base game as a minimum)
Keep it in a different directory separate from your install folder in Program Files

The RLD stands for re loaded version and indicates it is a pirated copy. As Tarac says, you can not access the gallery with any kind of pirated version, no matter where you got it from! To access the galery, you need a legit base game.
