The Sims 4 stopped working after the sims 4 studio installed

My game was working fine then I installed the sims 4 studio and now my game wont start. It gives me an error code and I followed the link in the forum for that code, and nothing worked.

. The tool is game version specific, and there are versions for MAC, Apple... and for Windows Wishes. Have you tried removing the tool? Re-installing it. I also suggest that if the problem persists you contact the Sims 4 Studio Forums in that way one of the developers may be able to pinpoint your problem. I, myself use it and never had a problem with it.

@mrz.ener, after a quick look it is possible that the error may not have anything to do at all with the tool.

The topic deals with the error code you have in your opening statement. Now I myself haven't seen the error often enough to tell with 100% certainty, but oftentimes this seems to be caused by antivirus interferences. Even if you set exclusions properly, oftentimes these antivirus programs "trigger" after the installation of new programs or the placement of new files/folders.

You are missing meshes. The recolors on a dress, hair etc requires an original mesh on which it has been crafted. Normally the mesh link is supplied with a download, if it is not included.

The answer giving to you by Loonieloose is right. White and red sims indicate missing meshes on CC or Corrupted CC. What flagged me was that you did not mention CC and stated that was stuff from different packs. So, assuming is not CC and you are talking about stuff from DLC's, then you have a corruption problem with the files.  If it is CC, either deleted or find the original creator meshes if it is a recolor, etc. If it is the original mesh try using Sims4Studio and run your CC through the batch fixes to see if it solves your problem.

@mrz.ener, also make sure to extract these .rar downloads, only with WinRAR. All Games4theworld downloads are .rar files, and we recommend using WinRAR only. If something else is used (like 7-zip), then it can cause corruptions during and after extraction.

This corruption in turn can also cause the issue with the red/white tiles and question marks.
