The Sims 4 "The Sims 4 stopped working" (Windows 10 32 bit). Empty The Sims 4 "The Sims 4 stopped working" (Windows 10 32 bit).

When I played the game it crashed and has a "The Sims 4 stopped working" message. My sims 4 is up to "1-30-105-1010" update. I removed all custom arts and mods but still didn't work, I even create a new folder C:\program files(x86) and still not worked, What will I do? My OS is Windows 10 32 bit, my RAM is 4GB Direct X 11.2 version.
