Installing the DLCs with a legitimate game?

Is this possible? I own the game on Origin but none of the actual DLCs.

Your legal game is most probably stored in C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\The Sims 4.
Download and install (incl. pirated base game) the DLC's from G4TW as per these instructions:

So I basically have to download everything ( pirated base game + all DLCs)?

Hello and welcome to the Forum,

Origin does not work like that, so no, you cannot add pirated DLC "into" a legit Origin account of The Sims 4 (basegame). I would recommend as well, to keep the legit installation separate from a cracked version. You can grab an easy-to-use version of The Sims 4, here:

Which should be easier to use (for new users like you), than the individual G4TW torrents.

Mind you, you still need to manage the folder properly, under Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4. For that, I recommend using this method.
