Hello and welcome to the forum,
I don't think you can have just an expansion of TS4 in Origin, without also having the base game. Also, why would you want to buy the stuffpack ? There is no point in that, because the currently circulating cracks of Sims 4 only support game version 1.7.65.1020. And the new stuffpack will need a base game with a newer version.
I guess we all will need to wait another while for a new crack.
