Crash on Move In

I have installed all packages -

Sims 4 Base
Get Together
Get To Work
City Living
Parenthood
Fitness
Toddlers
Update v1.29.69.1020 - Vampires, bowling
Cats & Dogs

I am running the 64-bit version - I can run the game fine can get to the worlds and create sims however when i try to move the sim in the game stops responding and closes.

I have tried copying back over the game folder, deleting gameversion.txt but no luck

Any other suggestions would be great

Ok update:

Re-extracted all files - uninstalled current ones and also deleted all folders

Still no luck just got white screen on load.

Done some more digging found sometimes if not using WINRAR  can have issues with extracted files

again deleted all and re-extracted using WINRAR now not 7Zip

Done all upto cats & dogs - testing that i can get into sims house each time.

Now i can say it is functioning - can load into Sims House and no issues - My girlfriend will be stoked haha :D

Glad to hear you seemed to have found out on your own; note that we mostly pack our downloads with the program WinRAR. We strongly recommend that users utilize the same program, for un-packing.

Did you have any other concerns or questions for the moment, or can we consider the topic solved?

thanks for the reply and no worries - sometimes the pushes me read more and have a better understanding

I would mark this as solved as the game works no problem - i get the odd crash but i suspect that may just be an OutOfMemory issue as i whacked the graphics up to Ultra - i will move it back to medium and see how that goes.
