Sims 3 pets crashes when trying to build. [SOLVED]

Okay, the problem described on the title...
So the thing is, that when I install only sims 3 - it start's and works perfectly: no crashes, no freezing and other annoying stuff. But when I install sims 3 pets the problem starts... First thing, that happens when I try to launch the game is the board, which says that "there is newest wersion (when actually there is NO newest wersion at all, cause I already have it) in sims3. And there are two choices - continue or quit.
BUT. When i press continue, the game starts and everything looks good, untill I enter building mode, and try to build something. Right awat the black screen appears, and game crashes and says, that there was some kind of error.
I installed both - the game and the expansion by following the instructions carefully, and I reinstalled it many times. But it's still the same.
I relly don't know what to do. Please, help, couse I'm starting to loose hope...
P.s I could'nt find simillar theme with title like this, so I created my own...

What is your base game version, and did you use the latest Ultimate fix?

Yes, I already used ultimate fix. But it helped for my only with game launching, but not with build mode crashing..

When did you download the fix? A new fix was released just a week ago. Did you by any chance install Master Suite stuff and used its crack?

I was reinstalling sims just today, so i downloaded the newest fix i quess..
And nope, I didn't installed Master Suite stuff, but I'm thinking of it. Is it needed?

Hello,
No its not, but the error and resulting build mode crash you're getting suggests that your crack is incompatible with your game version.
You may try these crashing solutions, but I think it would be better to make sure your base game is actually version 1.29 by checking the launcher if you didn't already, and that applying the crack from the fix to the proper location is the last thing you did before attempting to start the game.

Okay, I checked everything and re-installed the game again with the newest fix. I think I have done everything correctly, cause the game... Started?! I don't know, but for now looks like everything works!!
Maybe you were right - the fix wasn't newest on my pc or somtething.
So thank you verry much!
