can't get household to load after creating a sim

my issue is that I can play a household that was made by ea but not when I create a sim. once I try to load that it is an endless loading screen but the cursor shows a hand like it does in game. it's like u can click on things but the loading screen is just stuck there. I have tried to download the new game folder multiple times. I even tried to reinstall and still the same thing.

what's your highest DLC installed ?

i have all of them. I downloaded them all from here. I know how to install correctly as I have been downloading from you guys for a few years now I guess.

It's either caused by CC or you have not deleted the Game folder and copy/pasted the latest GAME FOLDER from My First Pet.

I deleted the game folder and downloaded the new one from the link provided in the post about what to do to stop the endless loading screen. is there a different link for the pets game folder than what is provided in the fix topic

well it seems that I can pick a household and then edit the sim in cas but the sims I created and put into a house are not loading. its probably a cc issue but I can still play I just have to pick a ea placed household. thanks for trying to help
