Yes, at this moment 1.42.30.1020 is the last one.
patch 1.43.14.1020 to be expected soon.

Should I make this update that is currently available? or is it not necessary to do this update?

If you play a cracked game, like the ones available here, I suggest to wait until the new patch is updated by the G4TW team and is made available here. That takes quite so long. Seasons will come out next month and I'm sure it will have its own patch. Monthly patch update has been a Maxis thing nowadays.

Still no offline-patch for the game as of now. I guess they're waiting with that, until the DLC comes out.
