Sims 4 get stuck. Empty Sims 4 get stuck.

got sims 4 to open.............finally.............. but lose family after creating and saving seasons choosinggo to world screen and have to recreate again do season again and redo again. HELP                        11 PRETTYPLEASE

Try running your game without any CC and mods. Go to "Documents\Electronic Arts" and rename "The Sims 4" to "The Sims 4_". The game will re-create this folder so if you want to get your saves, mods and CC back just delete "The Sims 4" and rename "The Sims 4_" to "The Sims 4".

If that solves your problem it means some mods or CC are breaking your game. SimsVIP has a list of broken mods and with Sims 4 Studio you can batch fix most of the CC.

If removing mods and CC doesn't help, delete "Game" folder from your Sims 4 installation directory and download fresh one from here.

If nothing above helps validate your game files on my website and post here the result.

i did doing valadation now --btw i have brain injury. i tend to not get whole though out. sorry bout t5hat

If you are too stressed out or tired (I'll assume that's you what you are trying to communicate with the term "brain injury"), then maybe it's an idea to take a step back, for maybe a day? I mean it seriously. It's not going to help you, if you keep trying, in that condition.

i slept for 12 hours after trying all day yesterday to getit open lol................ woke up this am determined to make it work its only been 3 hours i'm soooooooooooooo tired lol
i'll try for another hour then i'll nap.... my daughters grads tonight.........................i have an aquired brain injury short term memory lose and ataxia

validateing didnt work.... could it be cause i have no saved games? gonna load my bought version save a house hold and move it  to this file.....if i can figure out where it goes

Run that validation again. At the end it should show text box with report in it. Post it here so I can see if anything's wrong with your files in game folder.

tried gives me an error now says it cant detect game version now...lgonna reinstal for 20th time now.. wontr let me copy the error txt

It can't detect game version because you renamed Game directory. Very Happy Copy last one from Seasons update and it should detect it.

Alright, let's see.

You can delete "the sims 4 update v1.29.69.1020" and "game_" folders. They don't affect the game but why keep the mess. Razz

"game/bin/core/winhttp.dll" can stay there.

"data/client/magalog2.package" now this here might be cause of you problem. I'm sending you it in private message.

Hmm. Since your game installation folder should be fine now try that trick with renaming folder in "Documents\Electronic Arts" again. If that doesn't help I'm out of ideas.
