got sims 4 to open.............finally.............. but lose family after creating and saving seasons choosinggo to world screen and have to recreate again do season again and redo again. HELP 11 PRETTYPLEASE

Hmm. Since your game installation folder should be fine now try that trick with renaming folder in "Documents\Electronic Arts" again. If that doesn't help I'm out of ideas.

how do i turn off seasons which file do i rename?

Try my DLC-toggler. Place it in game installation directory, run, uncheck Seasons and close. Very Happy

Now I think I should make "Save" button instead of saving on close... Well I'll leave it as is.
