Ugh. Sims 3 Keeps Crashing

So, I downloaded all the EPs. I purchased the base game and Pets, all the other EPs and stuff packs came from this site. I also got the Ultimate Fix. Everything is installed properly. But now my game keeps locking up and crashing. At first I could play for a little while before having an issue. I was able to go onto the town "map", I was able to visit stores. Then my game randomly froze and crashed. I gave up for the evening, got back on today. The game kept crashing. Then every time I tried to open the game launcher it would lock up and I couldn't even launch the game. I tried again after a few hours and it finally launched the game, but now any time I go to Town View, the game locks up and stops responding.

I have not installed -anything- new after I installed the EPs and stuff packs, and before that my game didn't crash at all. I've even cleared out some of my CC files that won't work anymore since I got new EPs. So I'm guessing it's because of the EPs that this is happening. Anyone have advice?
