Slow in-Game running.

hey guys,
First thanks for all the moderators/admin you're making an amazing job.
ok lets just dive into my problem,i used to play really fluid/great until i formated my pc,after that i downloaded the sims 4 seasons+the last update.but when im trying to play,it's very slow and not fluid at all,even in the lowest graphic options.im having an Nvidia gt 840m,i made sure im launching the game with it,4gb ram,and Intel i 3.
can anybody help?
