Sims 4 will not Launch

So for the past couple days I've been working on getting Sims 4 crack to work. The problem is it won't even launch. At first I did have an error stating I was missing a file, but I replaced that and now I get no error at all. I've searched for an answer on the forums and I have not found anything that works yet. I did try validating my files and this is what it came up with:

Just for some info: I do not have origin installed. I uninstalled Origin, Origin Sims 4, and the other crack I was trying to work with before this one. (The previous one was from cracked-games. It had the same problem as I'm having with this website's crack.) I followed the instructions the best I can, my anti-virus software is off. I tried repairing/installing the vcredit's the came with the crack. My folder is outside of the Electronic Arts folder under the Program Files (x86) and is now under Program Files, since I want to use 64 bit version. I have no mods or cc in reach of sims 4. I've been attempting to launch sims 4 via administrator, like I'm supposed to. If anyone knows how to help, that would be great ^^

Edit: I tried looking in Task Manager to see if TS4 showed up there. It does for barely a second and then goes away (This happens with both 32 bit and 64 bit, and when I run it with administrator and without)

Have you tried to DELETE your present folder Game and then re-copy the folder Game from your 1.44.83.1020 update ?

Validator shows your game installation folder has correct files, so nothing's wrong here.

Which VC Runtime did you install? Did you get any error during installation? Try all of them. And VP6 codec too:

__Installer\vc\vc2010sp1\redist\vcredist_x86.exe
__Installer\vc\vc2013\redist\vcredist_x64.exe
__Installer\vc\vc2013\redist\vcredist_x86.exe
__Installer\vp6\vp6install.exe

After installing those reboot computer and try again.

I used the game folder from the fix for forever loading households or something. I can't link anything yet, sadly

Also I tried dowloading the all-in-one .iso I found and it's having the same problem where it doesn't launch

After installing those reboot computer and try again.

Im trying to install the vp6 but nothing is popping up

@Itsanemi and nothing will. It's just a codec, should be fine. Reboot and try starting the game.

It still isn't launching

I have no idea then. Maybe others can help.
