Expansion packs must be downloaded Empty Expansion packs must be downloaded

Hi everyone.

Recently I downloaded and installed all the expansion packs after cats and dogs. They are in the game, but are not downloaded yet. I have to connect to internet to do so. What to do? Custom content is also not in the game. Help!! Sad

That means you didn't install them correctly. Extract them again and if that doesn't help try this and post the result here.
