The Sims 4 Seasons and Dogs&Cats

I've downloaded everything in the correct order, even uninstalled and reinstalled; but I get a pop-up saying I need to go online to download Seasons. Also when I adopt/have a cat or a dog in my household I am unable to use the fridge or over, basically I can't cook. And I have also run into the problem of not being able to use my computer in my house, but I can in other places.

Okay I realized I didn't get the seasons pack (I'm sorry). I'll fix that and see if it fixes my problem

Delete "Game_" and "Game" folders before applying Seasons (and update), that will get rid of files listed as "unknown". There are leftover files from previous crack that may cause problems.
