It says the application was unable to start correctly (0xc000009a) What to do now? (I'm gonna cry if i need to redownload it cuz it ccaused me a lot of time.....

Add "Game\Bin" folder to your anti-virus exception list and extract it again.

but my files doesn't need extract...and with mcafee cannot exclude a whole folder as well...so how?

So what version have you installed? Some info would be helpful.

Sometimes we get similar concerns/comments, along the lines of "but my antivirus subscription cost a lot of money, how can I make Sims 4 work with it".

If on the one hand the program does not allow you to properly configure exclusions, but on the other hand you really would like to play a cracked Sims 4 game, you will need to prioritize I'm afraid. 

One of the programs (either McAffee or The Sims 4) will need to be un-installed.
