Cannot open Sims 4

Hi, I was having issues with the game it was really laggy, so I uninstalled some applications (including Norton Defenders its subscription expired). After that I turned on Windows Defender (Windows 10 built-in security) and added the sims 4 folder etc in the Exception List even ran a quick scan and nothing popped up. 
But as I tried to open the game this error came up that the Windows Fire Wall blocked some of the games file on public and private levels but I chose the options to allow it and this error came up.

I never got this error before so please help.

You should block the game exe in firewall if you're using cracked version of the game.

As for the error, try this: right click on shortcut of Sims 4, Properties, Compatibility, check "Disable fullscreen optimizations".

Hey, I tried got the same error.
Btw i went to my Config.Log and there was written this
"Unable to read graphics device parameters. (code: 1)"

Update your system, update your graphics card drivers, if you have integrated and dedicated card make sure you're running the game on dedicated one.
