You just said Tarac's version worked great. 
1. You skipped City Living
2. You skipped part of step 7 telling you to delete/rename "Game" folder
3. You copied magalog file I gave you which was for version 1.44.88.1020, not 1.45.62.1020. There's no need to replace it.
You want to fix it? Then follow the guide from step 5.

put magalog2 back in still stuck in loop and now screen after choosing season is empty gonna reload latest patch wish me luck

And once again, you did not delete "Game" folder in step 7. Now listen carefully. Delete "Game" folder, delete "the sims 4 update v1.29.69.1020" folder. Then apply Update 1.45.62.1020. That's it.
