Unable to click fridge/cook

Hello!
I saw someone else on this forum have a similar issue - I just installed a fresh game yesterday and immediately I realized my sims could not cook. When attempting to click the fridge or stove nothing happens, no pie-menu or anything. There could possibly be other items with this issue too but this is one I've noticed so far. Strangely everything else seems to play fine.
I've tried to use the Sims 4 Validator to conjure a report - if anyone could help me check it and pinpoint whats wrong, please let me know!

If you're using G4TW releases you can't skip a DLC. To fix:
delete both "Game" and "Game_" folder
apply My First Pet Stuff
apply Seasons
apply Update 1.46.18.1020: https://www.games4theworld.club/t33940-the-sims-4-update-version-1-46-18-1020-out-now
