Nothing happens when I click on tabs & fridge issue

When I click on the tabs such as relationships, career, skills & inventory nothing happens and nothing comes up, the only tab that works is the needs one. Also, I can't open my fridge but I can do everything else with it, so I can't get out the food that I put in there. When I click the open option nothing happens, I feel like the two issues are related !

Go to Documents\Electronic Arts and move The Sims 4 folder to desktop. This will start the game fresh, you can move saves back later. If that doesn't solve the problem, run the validator (in quick scan mode) and post the result here.
