I create a sim, then it disapears? Empty I create a sim, then it disapears?

Hi, so I just got done downloading everything, opened game and it worked perfectly. No lags or anything. Go to create a sim, went wonderfully. Then when I went to move my sim in to a town, it's no longer there? I did this three times and my sim disappeared every single time. Went to manage households and none of my sims I made are there. Ugh. Please help!

Move "Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4" folder to your desktop. If that doesn't help, run the validator and post the result here.
