Regional code error? [CLOSED] Empty Regional code error? [CLOSED]

I am getting a regional code error when i try to setup sims 3 world adventures. I have all the other expansion packs except fast lane, and did the ultimate fix, and everything is working perfectly. I do not understand why i am getting a regional code error. Can someone help me?! It would be greatly appreciated!
