Validator issues

Hi, i posted earlier, about my game being incomplete and therefore not letting me get into live mode, and I received a suggestion to try the  validator. And well, i received my report but now i don't know how i can fix my game and make it whole. Is it possible for me to just try reinstalling the latest version + fix again and overwrite the one i installed before instead of having to completely uninstall my game and reinstall each expansion, stuff and game pack? If so, please let me know. This is my report: (I didn't know how to post it here.)

This format made it easiest to understand so i hope this is sufficient.

Delete the folders Game and Game_
From the update 1.46.18.1020 copy the folder SP09 again to your install folder.
Download the latest Game folder from HERE

I tried to download the game folder, but chrome blocked it. Any idea how i could get past that? thank you.

sp09/resourceclient.cfg
sp09/resourcesimulation.cfg

Those files are still corrupted.

If you still have City Living from G4TW, extract only those three files from it.
If you deleted it already, download _setup.exe and dlc-sp09-vintage-glamour-stuff.bin from my repack and run setup.
