No Carribbean items. [SOLVED]

So I did all the things correctly, according to all the info (including not changing "Game" folder), even more times than one, and still nothing. No items, no sliding doors, no hair. So I went through validator, 'cause maybe I missed smh long time ago? And here's the results, and I honestly don't know what to do with it
Any ideas, please? 'Cause items and stuff is after all not that important, but all the updates are, and I'm worried that something will crash when new update kickes in (as for now, game works, but still, without items). Thanks in adwance :$

Validator says your game version is 1.45.62.1020, so you didn't apply the newest patch (1.46). Get it from here.
And delete "GP02\Game" folder to clean up.
