Are you sure the download has finished properly? If you're using torrent - right click on that update torrent and select "force recheck", "check files", or something like this.

What did you use to open .iso file?

It's strange. Seems like you got "Data" and "Game" folders from the update just fine, and just that. Moreover language files that never change, but are included in every update, got corrupted. So either your download is corrupted or they got corrupted during copying/extracting.

I just extracted the .iso file using 7zip. 

I'm currently redownloading the update via direct download just in case there was a problem with the torrent I downloaded because I noticed while I was downloading the torrent it stopped at 99% for quite sometime, and it didn't show any download/upload speed, ETA, etc. so maybe the problem came from there.

Hello again! Direct download has just finished and I have transferred the files to the game directory and ran a validation, here are the results:

Almost good. Delete those unknown files and extract what I sent you in private message to your installation directory.
