Caribbean update missing?

Caribbean update missing? Empty Caribbean update missing?

The caribbean update for the sims 4 comes with stuff like glass roofs etc. I know i dont have the update because i dont have glass roof.
I installed the seasons update so it should be included but i dont see it and i read that it came with patch 1.44.77.1020. The update was installed according to the instruction. Any help?

Seasons came out with patch 1.44.77.1020. Carribean update was in 1.46.18.1020.

That should be it but caribbean is not showing up because of the glass roofs are not there. i checked extensively.

I have downloaded and updated the game but I don't have carribean stuff anywhere. I have changed the game folder first but I have fixed it and I redo it again but still I don't have it. but my game seems updated

There is no special icon for these "Carribean items", like with other DLC, on the main menu. These are found in CAS mode/Build mode; did you check there as well?

caribbean update won't show up because its just a patch. I have already checked the patch note of that update and that is how i know its missing. Stuff like glass roofs or whatever is not in the game and it came with the patch.

That's why I'm asking you to post a screenshot of main menu. There's a game version and I want to verify if yours is 1.46.18.1020.

You can always run the validator and post the result here but that will take longer to do.

It says you have it. I doubt any mod blocks it but you could move Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 to desktop and check again.

BTW delete all folders inside "The Sims 4\GP02" to clean up.
