Can't Click Computer

So I just noticed this yesterday after downloading/installing and playing for a couple sim days. Sims can Autonomously use the computer however when I try to click the computer there is no options. I've sold and rebought the computer. I've sold and rebought the desk/chair/different computer. I've reset every sim in the household one by one. I've restarted the game. I'm not using any mods. I've deleted and repopulated the Sims 4 folder in my documents>electronic arts folder. Still the computer is unclickable and I'm not sure why. I have all the latest updates provided from G4TW and my household just celebrated winter fest but I'm not exactly sure how long the computer has been unaccessible. I even tried different households and still can't click the computer either.
Yesterday before I started playing however when I first attempted to load into a save it was having me select a season when one had previously been selected and then it was stuck on pick a world, but there was nothing there just a blank screen. So following a different post on the forums here I had deleted some files from the Program files>The Sims 4>Game Bin>Core folder and other places it had mentioned. I was then able to load into my game and play perfectly fine however as stated, computers are unclickable.

Also wanted to add that I even tried a brand new save and it still wouldn't let me click on the computer.
