Red Carpet Collection Empty Red Carpet Collection

I wouldn't call this a problem, more like a minor irritation. I can't install the Red Carpet Collection which is Late Night's registration gifts. Anyone having this problem? I've tried twice and it says successfully installed but it never shows up in game. >.<
