Missing traits and aspirations at cas Empty Missing traits and aspirations at cas

Hello,

I just started a brand new game and allupdated and i'm noticing when in CAS that there is ONLY 4 aspirations to choose from and i can't choose any traits.
I'm not using any Mods whatsoever.

What can i try next to fix this?

I'm sorry i seemed to have fixed my issue. I turned my antivirus off and it resolved itself. I missed that step during installation.
