Get Famous crashing once loading build/buy mode

I installed the base game and all of the eps yesterday using winrar for all but get famous, once i downloaded it i managed to get into CAS make my sim and once i tried to enter a property it crashed, i managed to fix that but im now having the issue of the game runs fine untill i try to go into build and buy mode and windows tells me there is an error and closes the application all my graphic settings are as low as possible as i just have a basic home pc but it runs everything but build and buy mode fine? what have i done wrong or is there anyway i can fix this or will it require a full uninstall and reinstall? TIA

Go to Documents\Electronic Arts and move The Sims 4 folder to desktop. If that doesn't solve the problem, run the validator and post the result here.

The dragging to desk top didnt work, i ran the validator this was the results hope ive posted them right never used it before haha

And next time read installation instructions. When it says to delete "Game" folder, do it.

Its still happening   im not sure if my PC just cant handle it!

Yesterday it happened to me too. When I loaded the buy mode, it crashed. The day before that it crashed too but not when opening the buy mode, though.
I deleted the Game folder before installing the expansion pack, so it's not it.

Feel free to post your computer/hardware spaces, if that's what you believe to be the cause.

Are you using the TS4.exe or TS4_x64.exe for playing the game? Does it even make a difference in your case? Also try running these .exe's as Administrator.

Can't say I have noticed any problems on my end, yet.
