Issues with newest release/update

I installed Get Famous and the newest update as I usually would, and all was going well until I tried to create a new game. It refuses to let me create a new game, and when I try to load up an already created one, I’m stuck with a blue overlay over the town. I tried removing the Sims 4 folder from my documents to start fresh, and I’ve tried the validator and so far nothing has worked. Just wondering if anyone else has had this issue and how you solved it! Thanks!

Validator doesn't fix anything, it just shows what's wrong. First post the quick scan result, then run it again in normal mode.

Alright close validator and remove those files:
game/bin/core/winhttp.dll

game/bin/rldorigin_x64.dll

I think those are shader files you put yourself but just for now take them out:
game/bin/d3d9.dll
game/bin/d3d9.ini
game/bin/d3d9.log
game/bin/shaders/[as] golden days preset.ini
game/bin/shaders/pp_preset_ts4_cinematic.ini
game/bin/shaders/whiisker_sweetness_ts4_preset.ini
game/bin/trial.ini

If it still doesn't work move/delete folder in documents again. And if it still doesn't work, run validator again.

Unfortunately just removing those files didn't work, so I ran validator again on normal with an .md5 file, and these were the results I was given:

Will try removing the Sims 4 folder from My Documents to see if that works.

It worked when I removed the Sims 4 folder, and after placing back my mods, tray, and saves, it’s stopped allowing me to create a new game again, so I’m thinking it’s an outdated mod. Going to try sorting through my mods folder to see. Thanks for the help though!
