Sims 4 wont start video card problem help:(

When ever I start up sims 4 i get " cant play on this video card" error but the last time I checked i should be able to play sims 4 on my computer. It can play sims 3 and all its expansion packs as well as Black and white 1 and 2, sims medieval, and spore just fine. Also a bit b4 your release of sims 4 I downloaded another I didn't get any error message but that wouldnt start either. From what I deduced from that issue was that I needed to download some microsoft cisual 64 or 86 file but my computer could only download one of them when it really required the other

I put your info into a spoiler, because almost everything in it is useless here.
But did you make sure to download and install the LATEST drivers for your graphics card ?Also note that your card doesn't seem to be supported for TS4. See this here:

At least I can't seem to find your card in there. If it doesn't work, then I'm out of other explanations, sorry.
