Saving Households to Gallery?

I am unable to save my households to gallery. I can save them, and it says that they have saved and that I can view them. However, when I exit out and look in the gallery nothing I have saved shows up. My households show up in the game when I click manage households, but they do not show up in my gallery. What can I do? Thanks

For access to the Gallery you must at least have the original, legal, base game of the Sims 4
Pirated games have no access.

I'm assuming that by "exit[ing] out and look in the Gallery", you intend to go to the Tray-folder and look for the files related to whatever you saved to the Gallery, in-game?

If so: are you sure you are looking in the right place? It should be C:\Users\(your Windows account name)\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4. 

Are you also sure you used the right in-game button for saving your creations? It should say "save to library".

Aaa I didnt even know about that. I have the actual game so I can use mods and such, but how do I use that to save to gallery? Should there be a specific thing to look for? Also yes, I do save it to library, thanks so much
