Households disappear

Whenever I create a Sim and move her into a lot it's still fine, but after I turn off the game and turn it on again after some time the Sim isn't in the lot and there's no house anymore. I've had this problem before, kinda fixed it but after some time it started happening again. Before pets I tried to reinstall the game but it didn't help.

I had something similar. Not disappearing, but everything I built was gone again. What I am doing now is, I save as and give it a name. Easy to delete older saves. No more problems. Try this, it might help.

Okay, so it worked for a while, but then my sister created a new Sim and my Sim dissappeared from the map again. I tried saving her sim with save as and saw that my Sim was there.
