cant run the sims with video card

Hi, my game wont start it said that the game cannot run with my video card. What should i do? I have play the game and never encounter this kind problem before. Is it because i try to download toddler stuff packs?

Go to Documents\Electronic Arts and move The Sims 4 folder to desktop. This will start the game fresh, you can move saves back later. If that doesn't solve the problem, run the validator (in quick scan mode) and post the result here.

Did you delete those missing DLCs or did you not install them at all?
Anyway, delete those files:
game/bin/core/imageformats/msvcp100.dll
game/bin/core/imageformats/msvcr100.dll
game/bin/core/imageformats/msvcr100d.dll
game/bin/core/msvcp100.dll
game/bin/core/msvcr100.dll
game/bin/python/deployed.zip
game/bin/python33.dll

i did not install them because i downloaded using ver2 installer.

Then how come you have those files in your "Game" folder that I told you to delete? My installer takes care of those so you messed something up. Run validator in normal mode.

actually only the base game i downloaded not using the installer.

Then, like I said, you messed something up. Download the newest patch from my repack (1.49.65.1020), install it and start the game.
