Strangerville- unable to start because game data is missing or broken

Hi guys, i just wanted some troubleshooting for the error message im getting now since installing Strangerville.(unable to start because game data is missing or broken)  I have all the previous packs and no problems and now i cant load the game at all.

Ive deleted all CC in case that was the problem, however, it still remains. I also re-downloaded the crack and reapplied it. 
Does anyone have any other suggestions to try.

Sorry, I would have posted my method, if it meant I could help someone else out.. however , to my embarrassment.. it was just a complete idiotic move on my behalf. I actually had installed it in the wrong folder, where my sims 4 mods go in ‘my documents’
In my rush to throw the new pack on for my daughter, I didn’t even realise!!
2 hours later of doing every troubleshooting that I could think of, I noticed my mistake. I was pretty angry at myself haha I tried to remove the evidence of my dumb Post haha
But hey, it might just help someone.. you never know.
I put it in the correct directory and, of course, ran perfectly!
