Zoom in glitches after get famous update

Hello, 
So I just added the "Get Famous" pack and it's following fix and yes I did delete the Game folder. Anyways after the update things were running smoothly until I clicked play household, the game has gotten very slow it took 15 minutes for it to load the household and afterwards it wouldn't zoom in or out and it would glitch when I tried to hit the add walls arrow or the second floor arrow. 
After enabling mods it just got worse and didn't even upload the household so I just deleted all of my mods ( Not CC just mods) and restarted the game but it didn't really change anything.
Any suggestions/ advice etc.? 
By the way my game has gotten slower and slower as I add new packs to it, do you suppose deleting some of the item updates like romantic garden will help increase it's speed or does it have to be a game pack like parenthood?

You can try renaming the folder "The Sims 4", located under Documents\Electronic Arts. When you restart the game the next time, the game will create a fresh folder. You should then temporarily create a new save, and playtest that for a while. See how it goes.

My guess is that the problem is either with your savefiles, or some corrupted cache.

P.S. and no, for the moment I don't recommend uninstalling any of the DLC of TS4.

First of all thank you! That did work. It seems like removing MC command center messed things up.
