Unable to start after downloading Origin

Unable to start: The contents of your directory were created by a newer version of the sims 4 and cannot be loaded. Please update your game via origin to play.

That the message that came up after i uninstalled origin. My sister downloaded origin and downloaded the free sims 4 base game from origin and I uninstalled both of them already but now im unable to play the sims game that i downloaded from G4TW and that message pops up wherever i try to open the game. Do i have to reinstall everything again??? HELP ME

The newest one is 1.51.77.1020. Both cracked and on Origin. So if you're getting this error - you didn't update it to the newest version.
