I copied the base game folder and was installing it but this showed up . Can you please advice?

Did you make sure to copy the fixed files from # Crack? Not the 1.67 update but the other two. You need to go under Program Files (x86) - Electronic Arts - The Sims 3 - Game - Bin and copy those in there. Ignore the fact it asks if you want to replace the files in the destination, it’s supposed to be like that.

Oh, one more thing. If you decide to install any expansions then wait to do this until after you’ve installed all the ones you want. It’s still the base game folder anyway. If in the future you install more you have to reinsert the files again into the same folder. Hope it works!

Hello and welcome to the Forum,

Did you use WinRAR for extracting? And did you extract ALL contents of the base game, into a separate/empty folder, before starting the installation?

Also, which base game installation are you using? The old one with the .iso files, or one of the newer "Complete Collections"?
