Where to find install app?

Can someone tell me where exactly in the expansion pack downloads the installer is? I can't seem to find it in any of my downloads, so I assume I'm doing something wrong. Thank you!

Welcome to the Forum first of all,
It's always worth noting (and emphasizing), that we add a .txt installation guide, in each of our downloads, which explains what needs to be done. In this instance, it would have shown you, to indeed copy/paste these expansion/update files, over the existing installation of TS4.
We don't have installers for our Sims 4 stuff, except the base game.
