Using CC in Sims 4

Hey guys!
First, thank you so much for providing these download packs, they work flawlessly and I couldn't be more thankful
However, after downloading anadius's Repack of Sims 4, I noticed that there wasn't a Mods folder for in the file directory. How do I go about adding CC into my game??

Because it's in "Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4".
