Sims 3 store collection: very confused with downloaded lots from exchange (substituted items or not according to..?))

So I installed the whole store collection some weeks ago and I think everything went well I can play with all venues/worlds and all store items are well showing up in build/buy mode.

It's been years since I didn't deal with all this "headlock-stuff" and what I knew and remembered so far was the fact that we had to manually place some (only premium?) store content in venues (example with roulette table for the casino..)
Now with this version of the "complete store collection" I can place all store venues with their premium content included (now premium content from casino are properly placed)
When reading this post : https://www.games4theworld.club/t34934-substituted-furniture-in-store-content-lots# I noticed we still have to replace store venues who came with a custom world to show up store content properly so be it...

What i don't understand is why (or what i missed) some store items won't show up when I download a custom lot/venue from the exchange?
If it was only about premium content I can understand I have to place it manually but why for a same community lot some premium content will show up perfectly like the « Surf’s Up Sun & Fun Wave Station" but not "the world of wonder carousel" or "the Sizzle Baby Pro Deep Fryer". Same with "normal store content" there are items substituted too like for the "wharf fence" from Barnacle Bay.

I can't even find any discussion about it anywhere.
Has anyone experienced these problems ?
Is there a way to know which items will or will not showing up when placing any lot ? (if it's the same for everyone)

I feel stupid i can't remember which one of « complete store collection » I installed weeks ago (from where on the forum?)... It's the file which contains store collection in Sim3pack format divided to archives : Store updates through years and months and "TS3 Worlds & Buildings" and "Stores fixes" (XMLs, Storefix x2, ccmerged) I followed instructions from 1st situation found under stores fixes.

I can't edit a post? I can't fold answers from FAQ too...

I'm not too familiar with the finer technical aspects of these store items, maybe it has something to do wtih the two "systems" of store items: decrapped and non-decrapped.

The decrapped ones are used for cracked games, the non-decrapped ones for legit games.

I'm assuming now that the majority of these Exchange items are made as non-decrapped items. Maybe there are problems when you try importing them into cracked games?

@Dracos66 could maybe shed more light on the issue but since he is not currently active, we'll have to leave it at that, unless someone else has a better idea. If all fails, you'll just have to (get used to) decorating the houses manually.

As far as I remember about the exchange we could'nt share any lots with a cracked game version because all items made with store or additionnal expansions packs were replaced with base game objects when placing a build... Something like that.

I guess all store items your team provided were decrapped items?... Otherwise I could'nt see them all in buy/build/CAS mode.. Maybe "the game" doesn't recognize certains decrapped items when importing something from the exchange (or other websites) which contains store items; sounds to be an issue with same objects for me. I can see the roulette table when placing the casino venue but it's a subsituted object when placing any dowloaded lot or custom worlds which provide this item
