Running the sims 4 in 64bit

I'm using crossover, and they don't support any 64bit programs. I'm wondering if anyone is playing the sims 4 on their macbooks using wine or something like that and able to play in 64 bit, because my game keeps freezing after Island Living and I think it's because I'm still using 32bit. 

So to clarify. My macbook air early 2015 is in fact 64bit, but the program I use in order to play the downloaded sims 4 (crossover) does not allow any Windows programs in 64-bit. So I'm wondering if anyone has a way around it.
