Nanny disappearing?

Hi all. I am new to this forum  . I have a weird problem with my current household. I hired a Nanny but at a specific time they finish the job go out of the lot and immediatly come back completly invisible. I still get the notification that they're gonna start the job and during the day my sims talk to the nanny and everything but I can't see them, They even cook and I end up with A LOT of food on the counter out of nowhere . It's quite annoying as I tried to debug the sim and reset them but nothing seems to works. Any idea to what I could do to solve this problem? Thanks!

Go to Documents\Electronic Arts and move The Sims 4 folder to desktop. This will start the game fresh, you can move saves back later. If that doesn't solve the problem, run the validator and post the result here.
