Please help. This happened after I added StrangerVille and Island.

Go to Documents\Electronic Arts and move The Sims 4 folder to desktop. This will start the game fresh, you can move saves back later. If that doesn't solve the problem, run the validator and post the result here.

It's the holiday that's causing this. I had the same problem. Start the game and find whatever sims you were playing that were in the middle of an active holiday and cancel that holiday. Then save and exit the game. When you start the game back up it should all be fine.

Yes, The holiday calendar has a bug, which has not been fixed. There is a mod that actually cancels the Holidays; however you can always choose not to celebrate them.
