The game failed to load. Error code 3.

I installed the game correctly and played it but then I decided I wanted some DLC's after patching my game with the megafix, I downloaded all the expansion packs from get to work to city living alongside with the vampire/toddler update, then this error code pops up now any idea how to fix it?
