Game opens, says it failed to load (error code 3)

I can get the game to open the play screen. However it says game failed to load, error code 3. then it says I do not have any of the new packs (after the vampires, bowling, etc.) one installed. When I click play, it crashes.

Delete your existing folder Game from your install folder The Sims 4 in Program Files.
Re-copy /paste the folders from your downloads after Vampires:

* Parenthood
* Fitness
* Toddler Stuff
* Cats & Dogs
* Laundry Day
* Jungle Adventures
* My First Pet

In that order and don't try it out after Parenthood as that DLC does not contain a full Game-folder
